The Doc believes in doing business the old-fashioned way.
We provide every customer with a refund, return, and/or exchange policy on everything we sell. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please give us a call. We will always do our best to accommodate you!
RETURN OF ORDERS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders placed at West Bullion. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have within 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team via email at info@westbullion.com
If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of West Bullion.
Returned products (excluding the SD24K line of products) are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $35, whichever is higher. Returned products from the SD24K jewelry line are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on West Bullion’s sole discretion.
Please note that if you damage any product ordered at West Bullion by acid test or other intrusive methods, we will not be able to accept the product back for an exchange or return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note, due to the cost of International shipping, West Bullion will handle International request on a case-by-case basis.Â
